Slow herb & salt cure and traditional cold smoking method make this flaky white fish a tasty delicacy. Fresh haddock from the cold waters of Scotland have natural flavor that is enhanced by the oak whisky barrel chips used for smoking. A great addition to fish chowders(Cullen Skink) or stewed gently with onion, milk and butter for traditional finnan haddie. Approximately 10-12 ounces hold two flaky haddock fillets, skin mostly removed.

All haddock are hand selected fresh off the boat, then slowly cold smoked in traditional brick kilns under the watchful eye of the master smoker. Shipping Policy: We ship via UPS within the 48 continental states. Outside our 2 day shipping range, your order will ship by UPS 2ND DAY AIR. Our goal is to get your package delivered in the right time at the lowest possible cost to you.
ALASKA & HAWAII: All shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is via Priority Mail through the US Post Office. Higher charges will apply and you will be charged according to the USPS stated rates. We will use Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes as much as possible to keep shipping charges to Alaska & Hawaii as low as possible. We normally ship your order within one business day of your order.
Orders placed after 2PM EST will ship the next perishable shipping day. Perishable cheese, smoked fish, haggis and meats are only shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via Second Day Air or Two Day Ground Shipping.
