Slow herb & salt cure and traditional cold smoking method make this flaky white fish a tasty delicacy. Fresh haddock from the cold waters of Scotland have natural flavor that is enhanced by the oak whisky barrel chips used for smoking. A great addition to fish chowder (Cullen Skink) or stewed gently with onion, milk and butter for traditional finnan haddie. Two flaky haddock fillets, skin mostly removed. We reserve the right to increase price if fish returns to larger 10-12 ounce packages. For past year, the size of haddock fillets has been closer to 7 ounces (180-220 grams or 6-8 ounce range) so we have reduced the price to you.
Market Pricing Subject to Change - Due to pandemic there are very few flights for perishable products from UK to USA, and United Airlines has raised our air freight from 2 British pounds per kilo to 9 British pounds per kilo. As a result we will be changing the price on all smoked fish with each delivery. We simply cannot continue to honor our pre-pandemic price.
This is a perishable food. All orders with perishable foods must include a COLD PACK FEE of $5. Please add this item to your order.
If you are ordering perishable foods, or a combination of perishable and non-perishable products, our shipping charges are based on the value of your order and the type of products you are ordering. Please use the Shipping Costs section of the shopping cart to get the correct value for shipping. If you in the Blue states we can reach within two days via UPS Ground, you can use regular ground shipping at $16 on orders less than $150. If you live in the Orange states, you must use UPS 2nd Day Air at $40 on orders less than $150.
ALASKA & HAWAII: All orders containing perishable items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must use UPS 2nd day air at $65 on orders less than $150.
Shipping Policy: We ship via UPS within the 48 continental states. Our goal is to get your package delivered in the right time at the lowest possible cost to you. We normally ship your order within one business day of your order.
Orders placed after 2PM EST will ship the next perishable shipping day. Perishable cheese, smoked fish, haggis and meats are only shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via Second Day Air or Two Day Ground Shipping.
