Caledonian Kitchen haggis is fully cooked and needs only heating. Empty contents into a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly hot. Or microwave at medium power in a covered, microwave safe container for 5 minutes or until hot.
We recommend the traditional serving of haggis with "neeps and tatties" (scottish turnips -rutabagas in the U.S.- and mashed potatoes). Haggis is a great breakfast dish, seen often at Scottish Bed & Breakfasts as an accompaniment to eggs, porridge, scones, tea and marmalade. ( We love it with scrambled eggs!) It's also great as a spread or dip with crackers, as a filling for wraps, and even as a topping for a baked potato.

If you are ordering non-perishable products shipped within the 48 continental United States - you pay a flat rate of $16 for ground shipping up to $150 of merchandise. Delivery will be from 5 to 10 days from the time you place your order. Delivery will be by UPS Ground Delivery or UPS Sure Post depending on the weight and ship-to location. Lightweight orders are eligible for lower Sure Post rates. If your order is eligible you will be charged the lightweight rate of $10 (under 3 lbs.) All orders are shipped from our North Carolina warehouse.
Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii are sent by Priority Mail in flat rate boxes and will be charged at the actual USPS rate for smallest possible box or boxes for your order.
