The map was designed by A.E. Taylor in 1931 and was published by Pratt Oil (later known to us as Standard Oil and now is Exxon) with the title Pratt's High Test Plan of Scotland with a tagline saying " A curious yet Authentic PLAN setting forth the Principal HIghways and Romantic Places of the Country." There are figures like a Highland Athlete tossing a caber, a Bagpiper, a man that might be Sir Walter Scott, and lots of historical places with notations in addition to the roads, rivers and lochs. If you love doing jigsaw puzzles, this will be a pleasure to complete. Finished size is slightly smaller than 27 inches by 19 inches, 1000 pieces.
