Shortbread Molds

These molds are an asset to any one's kitchen. The molds bake the shortbread perfectly. For the first few times the mold is used it is helpful to put a generous coating of vegetable oil on the mold or the dough will stick in the designs. After three or four uses, a light spray of PAM is all that is needed. The nine cut mold portion size is easier for most people to eat. Having a variety of designs makes an intriguing display of shortbread. This is the only site that carries a large variety. My first mold is over 25 years old and still makes perfect shortbread.
