The first thing my wife used this product on was her famous, roasted, seasoned mixed nuts. The large salt crystals lodged in the pecans, and walnuts giving the medley an additional burst of crunchy, salty surprise. The smokey overtones complimented the roasting gloriously. More please!

Just found this item at our local Scottish Games, and already found it is delicious on grilled summer corn. Can't wait to try it on other dishes.
