Shipping InformationShipping Policy: We ship via FEDEX and only within the 48 continental states. If we can ship your perishable package via ground transportation to arrive in the same time as FEDEX Express, we will ship via Ground FEDEX and reduce your shipping charges accordingly. Our goal is to get your package delivered in the right time at the lowest possible cost to you. No PO Boxes for shipping in the 48 states, please. All shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is via Priority Mail through the US Post Office. Higher charges will apply and you will be charged according to the USPS stated rates. We will use Flat Rate Priority Mail boxes as much as possible to keep shipping charges to Alaska & Hawaii as low as possible. We normally ship your order within one business day of your order. Orders placed after 3PM EST will ship the following business day. Perishable orders will be shipped on the next perishable shipping day. Perishable cheese, smoked fish, haggis and bacon are shipped on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only, via Second Day Air. Frozen game birds (in season only) are shipped Monday through Thursday via Overnight Air. We do not ship perishable items on Friday. If you require a Saturday delivery date, please call us. For orders over $125.00 by Next Day air, please call 877-814-3663 for shipping & handling charges. Next Day Air rates are highly dependent on weight, dimension and distance. To prevent you from being overcharged by using some average, let us give you an accurate quote of FEDEX charges. Please remember we ship perishables of cheese, fish, haggis and bacon on only on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Frozen games birds ship Monday through Thursday only. FEDEX EXPRESS does not deliver on Saturday without an additional charge, therefore STANDARD OVERNIGHT shipping charges are for delivery Monday through Friday only. If you require Saturday delivery for perishable products, please call us. CANADA: Due to Canadian regulations, we cannot ship food made in Scotland from the USA to Canada. We are able to ship non-food items to Canadian addresses, please call to place your order as we do not currently allow Canadian addresses as shipping addresses on this website. Cookbooks, shortbread molds, bottle stoppers, teatowels and whisky glasses are all items we are happy to sell to Canadian customers. APO Boxes: We are delighted to ship your gifts to those serving overseas with an APO address. Please select non-perishable items as we cannot be certain cheese or fish will arrive in edible condition. |
