For years I have searched without success for affordable dinner napkins embroidered with Scottish thistles for our Burns Supper. So I finally had them made to my exacting specifications. The 17 inch square white napkins have a turned hem, not that merrowed edge you find in most stores, the fabric is 50% cotton and 50% polyester so they feel luxurious to touch, but best of all the napkins are easy to care for as they come out of the dryer ready to fold and use! No ironing, who has time?
The entwined thistles sit on one corner, in classic shades of lavender and purple - using all cotton thread so the color is permanent and won't wash out. Sold in a set of two. Perfect for a ladylike tea party or a formal Burns Supper.
