We think dinner is a more appropriate meal for this tiny game bird with a strong flavor. Expensive for the landowner to nurture, incredibly hard to shoot and a treat for any gorumet palate. We recommend braising as there is literally no fat on the 6-8 ounce bird. Each bird is shipped frozen, and may contain metal shot.
