Originally from the Isle of Lewis, they now run their award-winning craft bakery business from the picturesque town of Forres. Here in their modern bakery, with Speyside and the glories of the Highlands on their doorstep, the Maclean family combine more than a century of skill and experience with some of the freshest ideas in baking today.
