Campbells of Scotland has been making shortbread longer than any other company - and they add powdered cream, some corn starch and a pinch of salt to their recipe. You can certainly taste the difference! Tin stands 8 inches tall by 7 inches wide and 1.5 inches deep. Holds ten shortbread cookies inside - two each - shortbread fingers, round petticoats, petticoat wedges, squares and ovals. 5.3 oz. of shortbread in all.
