CHRISTMAS 2009
We invite you to schedule your order to ship the week of December 14th to insure your gifts arrive on time.

GROUND Orders must be placed by 4PM on Thursday, December 17th to arrive by Christmas using ground shipping.

2ND DAY AIR & PERISHABLES Orders for 2nd Day Air shipment (including cheese, fish, bacon or any other items) must be placed by 12 noon EST on Monday, December 21st.

OVERNIGHT AIR Orders shipping by Overnight Air must be placed by 12 noon EST on Tuesday, December 22nd.

FEDEX does not honor service guarantees during the week of Christmas, and we encourage all our customers to order early. We are always willing to hold your hold for a later ship date, and send you the tracking information via email. We are also happy to place a "DO NOT OPEN UNTIL CHRISTMAS" sticker on the outside on the box or on the wrapped presents inside.

NEW YEARS 2010
For New Years Eve or Hogmanay delivery, please place your orders before Christmas. We will ship all 2ND DAY AIR and OVERNIGHT orders for cheese, salmon, bacon and haggis (or anything else you want for this celebration) on Tuesday, December 29th for delivery on or before New Years Eve.

Our offices will be closed from 12 noon EST on Thursday, December 24th until 10AM EST Monday, December 28th. We do track all packages in the FEDEX delivery process and will communicate with you via email if your package is lost, caught in a snowstorm or otherwise delayed. Last Christmas we have 28 packages seriously delayed due to snowstorms in Denver and Seattle. We hope fewer gifts and special foods are delayed this year.
